**About the role**
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our Partnerships team. Your mission will be to engage the London Partner network to generate pipeline for Tenzo.
The person in this role will be building a network in the London hospitality tech space, across our integration partners and consultants. They will become experts in the world of hospitality tech and how Tenzo brings many of the pieces together.
They’ll build a mix of technical skills to analyse the data they need to understand Tenzo’s customer and partner landscape, and soft skills to build relations, take ownership and deliver impactful projects across teams and companies.
**Your mission**
- ** Engage the London Partner network to generate pipeline for Tenzo**.
- **Identify and engage with target partners** by building and owning meaningful win-win relationships and using Tenzo’s set of tools to track customers, engage with partners on and off-line, and help restaurant customers achieve their objectives.
- **Support Tenzo’s coordination efforts** between external partners and internal marketing, customer success, and business development teams.
- You will support the Partnerships Manager to track and execute:
- Integration Partner & Consultant events
- Training sessions & Workshops
- Lead generation actions: Send Tenzo leads to our partners, and get them to send Tenzo leads back
- In-person industry events
- **Work closely with the partnerships, sales and marketing leads** to develop new strategies to grow sales and explore how can partnerships get more customers through the door and grow our audience in the UK
- **Become Tenzo’s London Consultant Community Manager**, fire up the community, run and attend in-person events, train up our consultant network on the newest Tenzo features, and find new consultants for us to work with
- **Learn through speaking to restaurateurs, integration partners, and consultants** about their challenges and how Tenzo can help.
- You will be expected to participate and bring your own insight into meetings, taking a more active role as you grow your skills and knowledge in the rest-tech space.
- Become a hospitality Tech Guru Do your homework, feel comfortable saying I don’t know, and build an opinion over time for what your favourite tech stack is by restaurant type
- **Be flexible and accountable** on problem-solving and changing responsibilities as defined by management
- Tenzo is a startup and it’s all hands on deck all the time, be ready to be challenged and pivot skills routinely, a can-do attitude is key.
**About you**
- 1+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft or G-Suite - ability to run analysis on a spreadsheet and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Familiarity with Marketing SEM platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- The agility to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment, and ability to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of data analytics and the value of data in the workplace / in business
- Excited about running events for partner companies in London
- Bonus if you have hospitality operations experience and can speak more than one language
