Our work covers Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. We work Monday to Friday including occasional Saturdays and bank holidays.

The following is a brief description of the duties:

- Collecting keys from Landlords/Agents
- Carrying out Inventories/checkouts/check-ins/mid-term visits
- Taking photographs
- Taking meter readings
- Recording keys
- Editing/proofreading reports each afternoon/evening or morning to meet deadlines
- Uploading checked reports to our online portal

What we are looking for:

- Good eye for detail
- Organised and punctual
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Good spoken & written English
- Flexible - must be willing to work Saturdays and bank holidays
- Of smart appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to travel across counties to attend appointments that may be a distance apart
- Good working alone
- Live within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge
- Keeping a high level of customer service when under pressure
- Good IT skills

What you must have:

- Sufficient home broadband of fibre optic standard
- **Own transport**:

- Laptop/Computer
- Smartphone & Tablet
- **Organise and pay your own tax**:

- **Prepared to be self-employed**

What we offer:
We are an established & successful inventory/property services company working with large agents and property management companies. We will take care of typing your audio recordings.

Pay will be based upon a percentage of each job you fulfill. The work is regular and varied.

This is a self-employed position and you will be liable for your own tax and accounting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: £40.00-£150.00 per day based on the level of jobs you are able to complete after training.
