Our client is a leading real estate service provider. They work with properties of all types, ranging from the world's most iconic rural estates, through to the country's leading urban developments and property portfolios. They have clients from both thepublic and private sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join a strong consultancy team. The role will principally be supporting the social value service line Senior Consultant in their delivering of social value strategy, implementation, and measurementprojects throughout the lifecycle of real estate assets, including planning, development and operational. The role may also at times support aspects of delivering of Health & Wellbeing projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and deliver client social value projects, including strategy, implementation and measurement under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Consultant.
- Deliver stakeholder consultation and provide stakeholder engagement support.
- Carry out research to support social value delivery.
- Identify opportunities to deliver social value through client projects, including delivery in partnership with other organisations.
- Increase demand for social value services across client, sector, divisional and external markets through greater business development.
- Provide advisory support to the wider business on social value for pitches, events, proposals, publications, industry engagement etc.
- Deliver training materials and communications.
- Communicate through formal presentations and informal interactions with clients and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Technical experience (1-2 years) of social value or sustainability service delivery (required).
- Technical knowledge of social value measurement methodologies and frameworks, such as the National TOMs (required) and SROI (desired).
- Experience of stakeholder consultation and community intervention delivery (desired, but not essential).
- Some knowledge or experience of health and wellbeing certification frameworks would be helpful but not essential, such as the WELL Building Standard or Fitwel.
- Ability to develop lasting and effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Customer orientated - ability to be client facing; excellent communicator and presenter.

**Qualifications & Technical Abilities**
- Technical knowledge of social value methodologies and frameworks.
- A few years' experience preferably within social value/impact, social sustainability (and advantageously within real estate/property, but not necessarily essential).
- Experience of stakeholder consultation and community intervention delivery.

**Location**:London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Leeds.
