- Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Medication Trained
- At least two years of recent experience as a Senior Carer is essential.

**Description**
Senior care workers are responsible for the regular supervision and monitoring of care assistants. They attend to the personal needs and comfort of the elderly and those with care requirements in residential care settings. A CRB check is mandatory, and a Right to Work in the UK.

**Typical tasks include**:

- Regularly supervising and monitoring care workers.
- Managing the shift and overseeing the service while on duty.
- Responding to emergencies and providing guidance and support.
- Assisting service users with dressing, undressing, washing, toileting, and bathing.
- Serving meals to service users at their tables or in bed and assisting with feeding as necessary.
- Generally promoting service users' overall comfort and well-being.
- Engaging service users with activities and interests.
- Monitor general health and vital signs, including heart rate and blood pressure.
- Complete medication rounds and ensure all relevant medication documentation is accurate and up to date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.26-£12.19 per hour
