The reception is the hub of the business. They will be required to take bookings, payments, meet & greet customers, provide daily and weekly forecasts for the varying departments of the business. Coordinate with the kitchen, servers, spa therapists, housekeeping and the leisure department.
Shifts will be 8 hours long, 3 - 5 days per week. Early shifts are from 6.30am - 2.30pm. Late shifts from 2.30pm - 11pm. We are open 7 days a week. Shifts will include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
We operate using a variety of different booking systems for each element of the business. Computer skills are essential in order to manage the business bookings. Organisation is key to the success of this position.
