**Motor Vehicle Service Manager**

**Location: Barnsley**

**Salary: Upto £50,000 pa OTE**

Our client is one of the leading car dealerships. They are looking for an **Assistant Service Manager or a Senior Service Advisor**to join their team. You will be a part of their aftersales process and carrying out a range of work required as a **Service Manager **in their Barnsley branch.

**The Role**:
The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic individual with a strong track record in the automotive sector You will be reporting to the Director.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Able to demonstrate success in customer service excellence.
- Coaching and motivating a team of aftersales professionals on a daily basis to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations.
- Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability in all areas of revenue generation
- Well presented.
- Dynamic, high energy and visible in the business
- Comfortable interacting with customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- First class selling and marketing skills, **gained within the Motor industry**:

- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop an aftersales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices
- Lead by example with excellent i-VHC and dealer management system (DMS) disciplines
- Oversee warranty and data submissions to the franchise partner to ensure 100% compliance with manufacturer requirements.
