A family-owned, growing SME that produces specialist electromechanical equipment is looking for a Junior Project Manager in Harrogate. This is a customer facing role with a long-term plan of running your own projects.
You will receive a starting salary of up to £30,000 per annum which can increase as you grow within the business. Full training and support is provided, along with a pleasant working environment and social nights out.
**As Junior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and executing development projects from start to finish
- Managing scope, timelines, and budgets
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Identifying and managing risks and issues
- Coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to ensure success
- Providing regular updates and status reports to clients and senior management
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
- Consolidating documentation, reports, and forecasts
- Supporting client engagement and events

**We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who has the following skills and experience**:

- Hold or working toward PMP or Prince 2 certification
- Looking to work in a project management, customer-facing role.
- Highly organized and people oriented,
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of management methodologies
- Strong MS office and admins skills, able to produce presentations and data sheets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A genuine interest in engineering
