**Job Description**:
**Role: Night Concierge**

**Location: Hammersmith (5 min walk from Station)**

**Salary: £27,000**

**Hours: 4 on 4 off - 7pm to 7am**

Exciting new role as a Night Concierge working for a leading property company in Hammersmith ( 5 minute walk from the station). The Concierge will have principal responsibility for the front of house customer service routines associated with the developments, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided. The role is for someone who wants to grow and progress within the company. There will be huge opportunities to progress and move up the ladder.
Main Duties:

- Answer the phone politely, identifying yourself and the bran
- Be empathetic in relation to our customers’ requests, queries or con
- Request further inhouse training or learning if you deem it is require
- Always interact in an enthused and empathetic manner
- Fire door checks
- Light maintenance to assist the maintenance team
