A position is available for an enthusiastic **Sous Chef** at a sporting stadium located near Boston. As Sous chef you will assist the head chef to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 4 permanent chefs and temporary chefs as and when needed.There are a number of different outlets at the stadium including a fresh food restaurant, bars, and a variety of function rooms. On match days the stadium is exceptionally busy and the directors are served high quality fresh food dishes which you will havean input on menu choices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef who will work a maximum 45 hours a week in a very flexible environment.

**Requirements**:
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Sous or junior sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years previous experience in that role. A chef who has worked in fast paced kitchens, works well under pressure and can demonstrate strong organisational skills.
