**What will I be doing?**
The Senior Town Planner’s responsibilities will be varied from assessing the planning merits of a site, to formulating planning strategies to promote medium and long-term development sites through the plan making process. You’ll also be supporting senior colleagues and the Office Director in marketing and business development activities.

Based in the city centre, our client is one of the largest independent town planning consultancies with offices across the UK. The firm prides themselves on developing projects from conception to completion. Every stage of the process is managed by their in-house teams from the initial site meeting to the planning, construction and operation of the project.
