Fencing Gangs

Self Employed Fencing Gangs required for upcoming busy period of work.

Must have own van & Tools. If you do not then this can be provided but at a lower rate of pay.

CSCS Desired

Must have a clean DBS check or be able to provide one, A lot of our work is for local authorities or the MOD.

Responsibilities:.
- Install and repair fences according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete fencing projects
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
- Install gates and other fencing accessories
- Ensure fences are level and aligned properly
- Repair damaged fences as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in fencing installation or construction is a must (min 2 years)
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in fencing projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or fence plans

**Requirements**:

- Reliability. Our customers and clients will have been given a date for works so must be reliable and no Monday clubs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing project requirements

Pay:
Day rate based on experience and if you have your own van/tools or not, Will be paid per gang of 2 operatives so will be down to you what the split is.

Weekly pay based on invoice being received before cut off and showing CIS deduction

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £250.00-£350.00 per day

- Fencing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS (preferred)
- Clean DBS or willing to get one (required)
- UTR Number (required)
