Due to a member of our team moving into another role within the company we are looking for an Operations Agent.

As an Operations Agent, you will be part of our **Special Services Department** based at our International Depot in **Shepperton**working **8:00am - 5:00pm**, **Monday to Friday** with 1 hour for lunch and NO WEEKENDS The salary is competitive and the benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Overtime, Pension and the training/supportto progress.

You will be joining a team of 2 but working in an office along side other teams that make up approximately 20 staff members, who all enjoy a friendly working environment and like pizza

**What will you be doing?**

You will be the main point of contact for some of our large national accounts, including many household names such as supermarkets, high street shops and leisure facilities. You will be liaising between our customers and our UK branches, coordinating thecollection or delivery of one off items and special requests. No 2 days will be the same.

**What experience do you need?**

Experience in Admin/Coordinating/Customer Service would be a bonus but isn’t essential as full training will be given, however we do require you to have a minimum grade C in English and Maths.
