**Responsibilities**:
- Engage and assist customers: Respond to customer inquiries and issues across social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit.
- Troubleshoot technical problems: Utilize your strong technical knowledge to identify and troubleshoot customer issues related to our products or services. Offer creative solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary, all while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Monitor social media platforms: Keep a close eye on our social media channels, proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns, complaints, and feedback. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and provide valuable insights to improve our products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in using social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and other emerging platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems is a plus.
- This is an in-office position.
