**Role Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team in a resilience role. You will be based at Cwmbran station, however will be expected to cover in any of the 6 open stations across the force when required. You will be able to use pool cars to travel to each location. This is a very challenging role, however very rewarding.

**Key Skills required**:

- Must evidence excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast pace environment.
- Must evident excellent listening skills and attention to detail when creating incident logs.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
