In this role, you will engage directly with customers in a retail setting, promoting energy, broadband, and utility services. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in retail stores, providing information about energy, broadband, and other utility services.
- Promote and recommend services that match customer needs, explaining features and benefits clearly.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting utility packages and encouraging customer sign-ups.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer any customer inquiries regarding utility providers and services.
- Assist customers in switching providers or upgrading their existing services, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Work with store teams to ensure displays are well-organized and attract customer attention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
- Follow up with customers, ensuring their service experience is seamless and that any further inquiries are addressed promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential—full training provided.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to handle customer queries and close sales.
