**About us**

VAUXWORKS is an independent Vauxhall, Peugeot & Citroen specialist based in Tonbridge, Kent.
- Established for 14 years we have built up a great reputation in the town and surrounding area.

We are looking for a professional mechanic, preferable over the age of 21 with at least 3 year experience.

We are looking to take some one on full time 40 hours per week

**Pay**

Basic pay starts at £26,000/year with the opportunity to earn a bonus on every hour sold.
The bonus is £6.25 for every hour sold so there is a potential to earn an additional £250 per week if working at 100% efficiency

**Example of 40 hours/week**

£12.50 hourly rate + £6.25 bonus for hours sold = £18.75/hour £750/week, £39,000/Year

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Vauxhall, Peugeot & Citroen vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, engines, and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Familiarity with repair manuals and technical specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
