Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Greenhalgh Kerr is a successful, growing law firm based in modern office premises on Pemberton Business Park, Wigan. Established in 2000, We specialise in debt recovery and litigation. Our clients are asset finance companies and local authorities throughout the UK.
You will join a supportive, collaborative environment where our people are happy, positive and approachable.
Role
We are seeking a confident and articulate person with an excellent telephone manner. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
You will be competent at dealing with telephone calls from clients and other parties in a professional and efficient manner, as well as meeting and greeting visitors.
You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post, scanning and saving files, printing and collating, managing calendars and booking appointments, producing reports, filing and archiving and general office administrative tasks.
You will have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
You can work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive as part of a busy, hard-working team.
You will be punctual and reliable and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You will have a high level of accuracy, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in a busy office environment.
Training will be given on our case management system to enable you to assist our Solicitors and legal teams.
Details
**Salary**: Competitive. Negotiable depending on experience
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. 30 minutes for lunch
Holidays: 23 days per year plus statutory holidays (3 to be taken during office Christmas closure)
