**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Receiving & checking deliveries inbound,
- Picking, packing & dispatching orders,
- Organising & maintaining clear warehouse space
- Keeping track of stock levels
- Deliveries if required using company van
- Ensure all Purchase Orders match supplier confirmations
- Check that deliveries have been made and processed.
- Ensure that all orders are charged back at correct values and quantities, making any required amendments.
- Maintain files of descriptions of available supplies
- Keeping Stock data up to date & correct
- Organise & Track supplier returns to ensure credits are received.
- Office Administration duties as required.
