The purpose of the position is to perform the full range of Customer Support Administrator duties and services, including providing sales activities where necessary, within the EthosEnergy Accessories and Components division.
**Job Responsibilities**:
- Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the administration and processing of customer orders, from induction through to invoicing and shipping
- Responsible for the compilation and issuing of work instructions for processing customer orders, using proprietary intranet reports, word and pdf.
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and quotes, using excel cost models, historic pricing data and proprietary ‘iFlight’ database, this also includes proactive assistance in the maintenance of cost models.
- Responsible for the compilation and update of weekly customer status reports, using data provided by production and ‘iFlight’ database, uploaded to excel template.
- Liaise with production to assist in the scheduling of customer orders. Inputting and updating data within proprietary ‘iFlight’ database.
- Liaise with production to communicate customer instructions and job requirements.
- Assist with compilation of weekly OTD metrics (excel).
- Assist with compilation of commercial paperwork for overseas shipments
- Responsible for the timely creation and distribution of all metrics relating to customer support (Rolls Royce metrics, Net Promoter Score etc )
- Support sales team with completion of RFQs
- Support the Sales team in selling additional products and services to existing and new customers in line with company requirements
**Required Skills / Knowledge**:
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise
- Effective organisational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to operate in a structured and logical manner
- Full competency in Microsoft packages essential
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a team involved in a culture of continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal/communication skills essential

- High sense of responsibility and, ethic and honesty

**Experience**:
- Experience of dealing with customers in a polite manner
- Experience of performing an administration role to a high standard
- Significant level of customer service experience
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- Experience of working in a similar field would be advantageous
