- Cleanroom Production Team Leader for Medical _
- Experienced in the operation of manufacturing / process equipment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and supervise a team of experienced Production Operators
- Ensuring hourly and daily output achieved
- Escalate any production issues arise.
- Ensuring all Safety standards, key business drivers and production needs are met.

**Who you are**:

- Someone with previous experience of leading a team or someone keen to develop in this area.
- Someone with the ability to learn and work within a technical and highly controlled environment.
- Someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Leadership
- Communication with cross functional team
