**Trading Assistant**
- **Role Overview**_
- Maximise availability on seasonal orders, provide clarity on Nisa’s stock position and ensure smooth process during the releasing period.
- In conjunction with the Head of Operational Transformation collate and liaise with third party suppliers for any direct deal orders
- Own and manage the samples and image process alongside Reprocessing Admin and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to collate information and products in a timely fashion
- Ensure that there is close alignment with the Customer Service & Sales Team.
- **Role Responsibilities**_
- Check and confirm all seasonal orders
- Ensure all EAA’s check and sign off seasonal orders
- Collate sample orders and manage the process from the start to finish
- Work closely with EAA’s to pull together the order tracker detailing when each order will key and leave the warehouse
- Create OCS report and inform EAA of seasonal availability
- Prepare presentation for the daily internal seasonal meetings
- Support weekly Nisa meeting with seasonal buyers and key members of staff
- Work closely with Cotswold Fayre & Suma to ensure best availability is provided for our customers
- Keep track of any data & price changes from suppliers and ensure this is communicated through the business
- Log and update any seasonal cancellations and send to suppliers weekly
- Highlight and flag to the wider business any concerns/problem orders
- Support with third party sourcing
- **Skills Required**_
- Excellent command of Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving mentality
- Strong numerical skills & ability to analyse data
- Ability to multi-task at pace
