**About this Global Tech Company and Research Consultancy**
leading global tech company and research consultancy is looking for a talented social media Insights Manager to join their growing research team. The Insights Manager will play a key role in helping multi-national clients across sectors including automotive,global sporting brands, finance, technology, and social media develop key insights. The company’s platform is a market-leading social listening tool, and the research team uses this tool in-combination with wider research to develop insights for clients. They’verecently relocated to brand new, picturesque offices in central London, complete with on-site gym and on-site wellness manager offering a range of services and classes.
**The Insights Manager (Social Media)**
The Insights Manager will be carrying out essential research using a cutting-edge Social Listening Tools and liaising with clients to design and deliver research projects. The Insights Manager will be analysing quantitative data to track audiences, analysinghow various content spreads, and measuring their social conversations. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Using social listening tools to collect social media data, analysing quantitative data
- Combine social data with data from other digital platforms and other methodologies
- Tell a story out of the data to develop actionable insights for clients
- Presenting insights and recommendations to clients
**About the Insights Manager (Social Media)**
- Minimum, 2-3 years’ experience in a research role that incorporates social media listening
- Strong communications skills
- Good quantitative analysis experience
- Excellent experience having worked with any social media listening tool.
