Driver/valeter

**Job title**: Driver / Car Valeter

**Reports to**: Bodyshop Manager

We're looking for Driver / Car Valeter to join our Team at Brandon Accident Repair Centre either full time or part time position available.

**The Role**:
Working directly with our Customer Service Advisors and management to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients, valeting and re-delivery of customer and courtesy vehicles, ensuring the customer is aware of delivery/delays. Vehicle checks and the collection of excess payments. Explaining the repair and processes to the customer. Dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork detailing claim and non-related damaged.
- Drive vehicles in a safe manner.
- All vehicles to be pre cleaned prior to repairs and all vehicles to be washed, vacuumed, cleaned.
- Cleaning vehicles (customer/courtesy cars) ready for customer collection.
- Report any accidents, incidents to your Bodyshop Manager without delay.
- Collect all necessary customer paperwork from reception, checking courtesy cars for damage.

**Skills and experience**:

- Full valid driving license with up to 7.5 ton classification to carryout duties
- Logistics experience
- Good communication and Excellent customer service skills

Pay: £13 per hour + Bonus opportunity
