Senior People and Culture Business Partner

A rewarding and exciting opportunity awaits for an innovative and driven People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to lead and execute the regional P&C strategy for our UK and US businesses.

**The role**

Work closely with assigned practices/functions to actively establish and maintain strong partnerships across the regions. Key to your role will be providing strategic advice on people matters, supporting the business through change, collaborating with executives, the broader P&C team, and people leaders to deliver exceptional employee experiences in the UK & US.
- Your responsibilities will also include (but not be limited to): _
- Provide operational advice, support strategic workforce planning, resourcing, retention, capability development, talent management, culture and leadership initiatives. It is critical that you understand broader business planning, how it relates to pipeline of work and the downstream implications for people/workforce planning
- Own strategic and operational initiatives, including leading strategic projects and deployment of employee experience initiatives
- Partnering with Organisational Capability to implement local talent programs, learning interventions, training, and development programs
- Supporting leadership development and delivering leadership training to uplift capability
- Assist in the management of CyberCX’s industrial & employee relations environment including grievance and dispute resolution, counselling, legislative interpretation, and compliance

**About you**

You are an ambitious, self-driven professional who possess relevant tertiary qualifications and experience, you are an expert in your field. You have experience working in a standalone business partnering role, within a global matrix structure and a proven ability to effectively manage your own time and report to your leader based overseas.
- You will also be able to demonstrate: _
- Significant experience in business partnering, generalist P&C and capability, P&C organisational policies and generalist best practice
- Skills in leadership, team building and consulting
- Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and ‘Employer of Choice’ practices in the UK and US
- Ability to influence and negotiate at an executive/strategic level and balance the needs of stakeholders both at a group and a local level
- Advanced emotional intelligence and skill to respond to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
