The UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) provider are now working with a UK Govt client to maintain their property portfolio across engineering building maintenance, cleaning and security.

We are now looking for an Handyperson to join the Engineering team in a large high profile office and conference entre in Coventry, where you will provide basic fabric maintenance services across the facility

There will also be generic PPMs to complete such as flushes, and tap temp checks.

The building is a modern, pleasant facility, home to high profile client evens, and is helped ran by a well kept plant room, large HVAC kit such as AHUs, Chillers plus HV equipment such UPS, Generatord, DC Batteries etc

While the role dictates no need for a qualficiation, you would ideally have FM experience and have ability yo complete a high volume of jobs each day which ar eintegral to the smooth running of the facility

Actions will include:

- Responsibility for proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames.
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, and mechanical related tasks.
- Ensure that the plant and equipment is maintained economically, efficiently, and safely according to best engineering practice and to prolong its operating life.
- To raise requests for materials, including obtaining quotations and completing material request forms to ensure timely completion of all reactive and corrective works.
- To manage all jobs via the CAFM system on individual PDA device. To complete accurate timesheets.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
