Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Document Controller to work on the Thames Water Capital Delivery contract operating across London and Thames Valley.
As the Document Controller, you will be responsible for the workflow and record keeping of electronic or hard copy documents. This would be either for a special project, department or an entire organisation. You will be to preparing, moving, organising and filing all technical or commercial documents, and make sure they comply with legal and business regulations.
You will be supporting in the handling of the intake, scanning, verification, and storing of documents. Distribute project-related copies to the wider internal team and review and update technical documents e.g. manuals and workflows. Compliance is essential in this role, ensuring documents are disposed of securely.
In order to be successful you will have an HNC or similar relevant technical qualification as this will enable you to excel in this role.
Do you have experience in document, archive, or record management?
Have you obtained a project control qualification?
Can you demonstrate a proven track record in project and programme activities?
Do you have knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Salesforce/Boxit, Sharepoint/Teams and Twexnet?
Are you proficient in document capture systems like CAPSYS or DOCUware Cloud and experience or use of Salesforce?
Are you happy to travel to different working together to support the contract?
