An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team on 2 of our clients fantastic pubs.

The Grosvenor

Manchesters ultimate adult playground - The Grosvenor, has recently underwent a £1m refurbishment and will be showing all sports and serving food and drink. This place will no doubt be the talk of the town and we are currently recruting Door Supervisors to compliment this amazing venue.

Aswel as this, we have shifts available on one of our favourite pubs in the city.

The Trafford

Big game match days are the best at The Trafford

Located just across the road from the famous Man United’s home ground, Old Trafford. we are also currently looking to add to our amazing team of Door Supervisors for every home game.

This role requires you to have the following..
- Minimum 1 year Door Supervisor experience in a similar role.
- ⁠Exceptional Customer Service
- ⁠Local knowledge of the area is desirable

Uniforms:
As our security are usually the first to come in contact with our customers, we believe it is of absolute paramount importance that they are well presented.

Our standard uniform consists of

Black Shirt

Black Nation Security tie

Black Trousers

Black Nation Security Coat/Softshell Jacket.

As a Door Supervisor your responsible for the safety and security of customers and staff in venues such as pubs, bars, nightclubs and other licensed premises or at public events.

You will spend most of your time at the premises entrance, checking the suitability of people coming in. This may involve checking that the person is not underage or carrying any harmful substances or objects, such as drugs or weapons. Your role will also include checking that customers attire meets the required dress code for the venue or event.

Other duties may also include:
Collecting tickets from people as they enter the venue.

Patrolling and watching people's behaviour and dealing with conflict, both inside and outside the venue.

Restraining and escorting individuals out of the venue, if necessary.

Dealing with emergencies, such as fires or bomb threats

supervising people as they leave the building.

Recording details of any incidents.In large venues, they may use queue management techniques to avoid crushing and queue jumping. Body searches may also be carried out and can involve the use of metal detectors to deter the carrying of weapons.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)
