Community Engagement and Marketing Coordinator

TAC Holding is a group of audiology and clinical ear care businesses across the UK, and we are looking to recruit three Community Engagement and Marketing Coordinators to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in a similar role, or a junior marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career.

The role will support the General Manager and Marketing Manager in delivering marketing plans and projects, primarily within our Manchester & Stoke business cluster, with collaborative working with the rest of the Marketing team across all our UK businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead on all aspects of marketing for businesses in your cluster, with support from the Marketing Manager. This includes developing local strategies, managing local marketing spend, and reporting on impact.
- Drive community engagement by working with Business Leads, Clinicians, and Practice Managers to plan and organise local events (e.g. in care homes, shopping centres, community groups, or clinic open days).
- Manage and update business websites, ensuring content is SEO-optimised, accurate, and reflects the appropriate tone of voice for each brand.
- Oversee social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring performance, and growing our online presence.
- Write engaging content for blogs, articles for print, and press releases, as well as edit and repurpose work from other team members to avoid duplication.
- Use digital design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create ad-hoc digital and print designs where necessary.
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers, across design, print and digital.
- Understand our patient audiences and explore ways to engage successfully.
- Take ownership of local promotional materials and patient materials in clinics.
- Manage brand consistency, ensuring that all materials are on-brand, accurate, and compliant with advertising standards and regulations.
- Organise print ads, digital ads, and posters with consistent messaging across all businesses.
- Assist with “hands-on” marketing duties when required, including envelope stuffing, updating spreadsheets, mail merges, and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, community engagement, or a related role.
- Full valid driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Management of local budget to maximise ROI on activities
- Passion for community health and wellness.
- Experience in the healthcare or Audiology industries would be advantageous

**Working Hours and Location**

This role would ideally be based close to or in one of our clinics in the area but could be fulfilled from home, with regular travel to clinics within your designated cluster to maintain strong relationships with local practices. You will also be expected to attend community events and meetings in the local area to support engagement activities and foster connections within the community. The position may occasionally require evening or weekend work to accommodate events and meetings.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
