We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer in Dundee to design and develop technical training materials to be used in self-paced, live webinar, and instructor-led classroom training sessios. This opportunity offers you the flexibility and the freedom to create your own content and facilitate training. You can make the role your own and taking ownership of the full process. You will be seen as the go-to person in Technical Support in all areas of technical training.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborates with members of the training team and product experts in designing, developing, and maintaining technical courses
- Host onboarding for employees including soft-skills and technical training
- Creates learning content such as videos, interactive eLearning modules, presentations, demos, simulations, activities and assessments to be used in technical trainings
- Develops training components that provide engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences
- Posts learning content to the company learning platform following outlined procedures
- Completes other learning and development related tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring:

- Relevant experience in a technical training role
- Proven experience with designing, developing, and hosting technical training
- Proven knowledge of instructional design, training development, and adult learning theory
