**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain a variety of sewing machines
- Read and interpret job pack and verbal instructions.
- Set up machinery for production runs, ensuring all settings are accurate for optimal performance.
- Monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Assist in training new employees on machinery operation and safety protocols.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
