A product which has literally blown my mind on SO many levels.

A Bristol-based tech company who have built awesome intelligent software designed to break down barriers for people with disabilities.

This product has been extremely successful and as a result, they have grown from 3 to 30 people in 12 months.

And they're an awesome team They've hired some amazing people who are completely behind the mission, passionate about helping others and are on this wild journey together.

Naturally, they're looking for like-minded people who want to be a part of something amazing.

You'll be joining the business as a Senior/Lead JavaScript Engineer.

Their tech team consists of about 10 people right now and is made up of frontend devs, backend devs, QA and their fab CTO. They've also just hired a Head of Product, so the team is growing - it's an exciting time to join for sure.

As a business, they like to get together in the office to help with collaboration. This is something which is important to them so ideally, you're local to Bristol and happy to pop in once/twice a week for collab sessions.

As a person, you'll need to be someone who's really willing to lead, take on and own projects, speak to stakeholders, and drive the product forwards.

They do have quite a few different products, so you'll need to be okay with chopping and changing quite regularly - keeps things interesting though, right? ??

More specifically the products range from web apps, chrome extensions, and mobile apps - you name it.

As mentioned above, there will be a need for this person to have experience with React Native as you'll also be working on their 2 mobile apps. These apps aren't massive, so it'll just be maintenance and updates so naturally, you don't need to have a bunchof experience in this.

- Drive the product forward
- Owning projects and leading the 2 other JavaScript engineers
- Encouraging collaboration across the team and feeding back as and when
- Taking ownership of their codebase and solutions from concept to end of life
- Deliver technical solutions
- JavaScript, React, React Native, TypeScript
