We’re seeking a permanent Mobile Street Cleansing Operative to join our dedicated team serving a variety of urban and rural locations across the Harrogate area.

This is your chance to be part of a hardworking crew that values commitment, teamwork, and community impact.

**The Role**

As part of our Waste and Street Scene team, you will be:

- Driving up to a 3.5-ton vehicle
- Litter picking and emptying of litter and dog waste bins
- Contributing to delivering a high standard of service to residents, with a strong focus on customer care

We can offer you a standard working pattern of 6am to 4pm over a 4-day working week.

Optional overtime is available on an ad hoc basis.

- Have an enthusiastic and committed approach to street cleansing work
- Be capable of working independently and using own initiative
- Hold a strong understanding of the importance of customer care
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and out-of-hours when needed
