**Role Summary**:
**General Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Communicate with the Sales Department to facilitate the onboarding of new clients into our system, ensuring a positive and smooth introduction to our services.
- Manage the offboarding process for clients, ensuring all necessary steps are taken with efficiency and professionalism.

**General Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve general customer service queries with precision and within SLA timeframes.
- Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to 'put yourself in the customer's shoes' and to always seek the best resolution for the customer in a professional and efficient way.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers.

**Handling Returns**:

- Manage the returns process, providing support and solutions to customers while adhering to company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to streamline the returns process.

**Qualities and Skills**:

- This role can be challenging, requiring the individual to have impeccable time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly within a fulfilment or shipping environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clear and precise note-taking skills.
- Preferred but not necessary proficiency in relevant tools and systems, including Freshdesk, Clickup, and courier tracking platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Reliability: Consistent and dependable performance in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
