**Summary**

As an Event Coordinator at Garner an IHG Hotel, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for planning and executing events that align with our mission of providing exceptional hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure all expenditures are within limits.
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and metrics to improve future offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: £25,396.80-£26,000.00 per year
