The Role

What will be expected of me as a marketing assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of effective targeted marketing campaigns using our marketing CRM, HubSpot, and other marketing channels as appropriate.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that support our business objectives.
- Ensure that brand and marketing materials are managed in a way that makes them accessible to all colleagues.
- Build relationships across the business to enable the gathering of knowledge into content briefs to turn into content.
- Use analytics to continuously test and refine campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates and overall engagement.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide reports to the team.
- Stay up to date with marketing best practices and industry trends.

Who would we like to hear from?
- A passion and enthusiasm for marketing is an absolute must. We can fill skill gaps with training, but we can’t train you to be passionate about what you do - you have to bring that to the table.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree or similar in marketing, graphic design or a related field may be an advantage but is not essential. We are more interested in the work you can create than the things you have learned.
