Sales Associate - Oxford

Job Purpose

To act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports in achieving

personal goals and exceeding store targets.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that follows the customer through their journey within

the store
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Provide the brand bra fit experience, ensuring the customers need are met and additional products

are suggested where appropriate
- Participate in sales targets with management and tracking performance towards the set goals
- Understand and execute store merchandising standards, recovering and replenishing stock where

needed
- Operate the till system ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and

services levels are maintained throughout
- Play an active role in loss prevention within the store, identify and notifying management of any

stock that may be fault and/or have gone missing
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Participate in training programmes and engage with in store initiatives

Skills and Experience
- A passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for creating a personal experience for each and

every customer
- A great communicator who is always looking for ways to help customers and other team members
- Calm and efficient approach to supporting customers, especially during busy periods
- Goal oriented with a passion for working towards, achieving and exceeding targets
- A team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment for all

team members
- Excited by change and a varied and fast-paced work environment
- An openness for learning new things and developing service skills, product knowledge and

behaviours in an ever changing retail environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
