**Your duties will include**:

- Monitoring the reception desk and dealing with Front Office duties including running the night audit report, checking -in and checking out of guests, as well as Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at night, maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and politeness.
- Assisting with event setup and service.
- Having a thorough understanding of all hotel systems and procedures and providing support as needed.
- Being aware of weekly business in the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities for food, beverages, and rooms.
