**Part Time Executive Assistant**

As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative and managerial tasks.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls efficiently.
- Prioritise and coordinate conflicting requests, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
- Remind the CEO of upcoming commitments and deadlines, ensuring punctuality and preparedness.

2. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate various internal and external events, such as team meetings, board meetings, conferences, and client gatherings.
- Arrange venue selection, catering, travel logistics, accommodation, and other event requirements.
- Prepare event agendas, schedules, and necessary materials.
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.

3. CRM Management:

- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of relevant data.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, generating insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the CRM is utilised effectively and efficiently.

4. Communication and Correspondence:
Screen and prioritise messages, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate and distribute internal and external communications as requested.

5. Document and Information Management:

- Create, edit, and proofread various documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring easy access and organisation.
- Assist in research and data collection for presentations, reports, and other projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a must
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professionalism, poise, and a proactive approach to supporting the CEO's needs.

**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be determined in consultation with the CEO and may involve occasional evening or weekend work for events or urgent matters.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £16,000.00 per year
