**HYBRID OPPORTUNITY**

RK Finance, Accounting and Business Support are currently looking for Credit Controllers. We are delighted to be working with one of the leading business providers to the NHS to recruit Credit Controllers working at their Offices i Wakefield on a hybridopportunity

These roles are on a hybrid working model with it being 3 days in the Office and 2 days from Home for the first 3 weeks of Training with it then moving to 3 days at home and 2 days from the office after that.

Their offices are based in Wakefield - with this being partly office based it will be ideal to be local.

A full DBS check is required for this role.

**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities of a Credit Controller**

Regular contact with NHS SBS clients, debtors and departmental stakeholders
Contribute to improving the organisations client Net Promoter Score
Responsible for the management and resolution of client queries, with escalation support from the Collections Team Leader or Collections SME
Proactively review Client Debt reports with the Debt SME
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of all data
**Essential Skills**

DBS Check Required
Microsoft Office
Experience of working in a debt recovery or credit control position
Can demonstrate being able to thrive in a target driven environment
Ability to build effective and positive relationships whilst delivering a high standard of customer service
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to challenge where appropriate NHS Clients and their debtors
Seek to solve problems and suggest solutions before having to escalate them
Attention to detail
Understanding of the importance of data security in the services provided
