My client is a well established retail and commercial fit out contractor. They work across both sectors and provide the full turnkey design solution for their clients.
They are seeking an Estimator with retail or commercial fit out experience to join their growing team.
You will.....
Have worked on projects from £50,000 £500,000
Have a proven track record of successfully working through bid processes.
Have experience of creating bid packs and providing detailed quotations to to clients and supply chain
Be able to demonstrate that you can produce accurate profit plans for stakeholder prior to tender submission
Have knowledge of M&E and general build rates including decorating, dry lining, stud walling and flooring.
