I am working with a well-established law firm with a strong presence in the North Yorkshire region, who have been established for over 200 years and are expanding theirPrivate Client department. Our client is an accredited legal practice that has seen fantastic growth over the years and are continuously expanding with a large portion of work coming in from the local North Yorkshire area.

The role as a Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive
- Working on your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills and Probate
- You will provide an excellent level of service to clients by understanding each individual's needs and tailoring your advice and correspondence accordingly
- Operating files autonomously, utilising the case management system and maintaining the time recording systems
- Building strong client relationships and updating clients at each stage of their case
- It is essential that you have a demonstrable fee earning experience on Wills and Probate matters
- You will excellent client care skills as you will be dealing with people from all walks of life, understanding each client's circumstances and their needs
- You will have experience in delivering outstanding legal services to loyal clientele and further building relationships with new clients
- A committed and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
