**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaper located in Derby and surrounding areas. The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a range of hardscaping tasks such as, grading, block work, laying turf, paving, jointing etc and will also need to be able to work safely with various construction tools and equipment. Effective communication skills are paramount, fostering positive and productive exchanges with clients and team members alike.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in landscaping or construction in a residential or commercial setting.
- Proficiency in safely operating construction equipment—ranging from mixers and circular saws to grinding tools and compaction plates—is essential.
- Keen knowledge of landscaping techniques and problem solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- The ability to collaborate within a team and adhere to instructions.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to commute to jobsites, a valid driver's license preferred.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Positive and motivated demeanour.
- A good sense of humour is also valued.
- CSCS card preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Landscaping or constuction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Derby (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Derby: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
