Building maintenance engineers / handyperson.

Location: PE

This position is permanent, starting in the second half of June, and will include travel expenses. Training will be provided.

Duties requested of Handyperson:

- Carry out planned Reactive maintenance work
- Minor building repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required
