**Requirements of our Head of Finance**
- A seasoned finance professional with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and expertise in financial management.
- Ability to control and monitor costs on construction projects.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within the business.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial best practices.

**Responsibilities of our Head of Finance**
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Your role will include the full spectrum of financial responsibilities including planning, analysis, reporting and management.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the business, collaborating with the team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £85,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
