About the Company:
We are working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham, renowned for delivering innovative and impactful planning solutions across the UK. With a growing portfolio of diverse projects, they are seeking an enthusiastic Town Planner to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on a wide range of projects including developments, strategic land, and local plan promotion.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site assessments, planning research, and provide guidance on planning policies.
- Engage with local authorities, landowners, and clients to advise on planning strategies.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years' experience as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy setting.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships.
- RTPI membership or working towards it.
