Commercial Surveyor - Norwich-based - Very Competitive Package
Our client is a niche surveying practice based in Central Norwich. They have an immediate vacancy for a Commercial Surveyor with a property related degree or qualification to have a key role in the business growth.

The practice provides commercial property advice to a wide range of clients including utility providers and companies with property holdings across the UK. The work involved will include all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, acquisitions, town and countryplanning, compulsory purchase and rating advice. You will be delivering property services to our commercial clients and have the opportunity to use and develop your property management skills for landlords and tenants in both the public and private sectors.

The practice is based in Norwich with projects undertaken across East Anglia and beyond. There is the opportunity for the successful applicant to develop their career as the company continues to grow.

You may well be recently qualified or seeking full RICS membership and currently hold an appropriate fully accredited academic qualification to undertake the APC training in the commercial sector. Ideally with some commercial surveying experience you willbe seeking to progress your career in a smaller practice where you can develop your skills and knowledge across a broad and varied caseload. Support and assistance towards attaining your APC if appropriate, will be provided. A full driving licence and useof a vehicle will be required.
