This role is responsible for managing procurement of indirect goods and services across all of my clients sites

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Analyse spend data available from SAP and data warehouse and develop short and long term plans to bring strategic procurement best practices to the sourcing and management of this spend.
- Build relationships with managers responsible for the spend and identify how procurement can best support their needs.
- Drive the adoption of e-procurement tools for indirect spend across the organisation
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate sourcing and tendering processes, negotiate contract terms, onboarding of suppliers and supplier relationship management.
- Identify and delivery cost reductions and value for money improvement for indirect spend categories.
- Develop and implement processes for selecting, evaluating and approving new indirect suppliers
- Project manage supplier resourcing projects.
- Manage value improvement and service quality improvement activities
- Develop process for monitoring supplier performance and drive supplier continuous improvement
- Implement, maintain and police contractual agreements and statements of work where appropriate to protect the interests.
- Ensure indirect suppliers meet the ethical and compliance requirements of the business including environmental compliance

**Job Qualifications**:

- Experience working across a wide variety of indirect categories including those mentioned above.
- Brilliant communication skills to build rapport with necessary stakeholders to quickly identify and implement short and long term plans
- Analytically inclined and able to develop methods for anlaysing raw spend data to identify opportunities and drive supplier improvement
- Skilled at working with ERP systems and e-commerce
- Negotiation and relationship management
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- CIPS Level 4 or above would be advantageous
