**Work Options**: Part-time - weekends only

Role Overview
- Visit vulnerable individuals in their homes, providing the support they need to live their daily lives safely and comfortably.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic chores, and accompanying them to local amenities.

Essential Requirements
- Valid driving licence (walkers also accepted)
- Excellent communication skills
