Are you looking to work 100% from home?
We are currently recruiting for one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK, which is expanding its home working workforce nationally.
The firm is now looking to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would perhaps like to take a step back from the front line and fee earning.
This role is unique in that you will not handle your own conveyancing caseload, but instead step in when other fee earners have a particularly challenging or complex technical matter, including unregistered titles, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation and Leaseextensions etc. This will free up the fee earners’ time for more simple transactions, and once resolved you will hand the case back to the conveyancer to finish up and complete.
Due to the very nature of this position, you will have limited contact with clients, yet all of your technical conveyancing expertise can be used to full effect.
In order to benefit from this rare technical conveyancing position, you will already be an experienced conveyancer who is well accustomed to managing a complex caseload with very mínimal support. You could be a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executivewith at least 5 years' experience. You will need to reside in the UK.
This is a full-time, 100% home working position.
Competitive salary up to £33k - no commuting or parking costs
