Dispatcher Operative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Nelsons Butchers to join our family run business as a Dispatch Operative. We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, reliable, versatile, and flexible person to fulfil this role.

This role will support with cover in our retail shops and require excellent customer service skills. If you’re the type of person who can rise to challenge, enjoys overachieving, and is happy going above and beyond for our factory team and shops & customers, then this is the perfect role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Picking, Wrapping and Packing Orders
- Baking and food preparation
- Answering telephone/taking and placing orders
- Filling out paperwork
- Cleaning/Maintenance of factory
- Cover shops when required, across Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham
- Serving customers
- Topping up service counters
- Cleaning/Maintenance of the shop
- Cashing up

**Person Specification**
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, training will be given.
- Work well within a team and on your own.
- A passion for food.
- No butchery skills required.

**Hours of Work and Benefit**
- Salary £25.000 per annum
- Up to 45 hours(flexibility will be requiredduring busier periods)
- Monday 6am - 4pm
- Tuesday 6am - 4pm
- Wednesday 6am - 4pm
- Thursday 6am - 4pm
- Friday 7am - 1/2pm
- Company Pension Scheme
- 28days holiday (including bank holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
